I have a change jar and want to turn it into dollars w/out paying a coinstar machine, how do I do it?

I know I can exchange coins for dollars at a register but no cashier will take a whole jar of change (to much to count at the end of the day). The bank said I would have to put the coins in rollers but I don't know if I have an even amount and don't want to pay for the paper rollers.

The bank will give you free rollers and then you can take the money to the bank and exchange it.
